Text | Dear Sir, I beg to acknowledge your letter and to say that I hope to get a catalogue out very shortly, but it will be by photography as I have not the time to sketch the specimens myself. I enclose my a/c to date and should be much obliged if you can conveniently let me have a cheque. I am surpised you have not yet secured any of the Benin bronze work as you will soon be too late. I am always getting orders for it aIhave sold over £1000 this last two months, as you no doubt are aware every think was either taken or destroyed at Benin and I only know of two lots left in Officers hands which I hope to secure shortly.
